MUSIC, PRINTS AND FINE ART
Sales of music, prints, zines and fine art are final with no refunds or exchanges.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us 2–4 digital photos of the damage within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

If you do not follow this policy, we wil only accept defective items at our discretion.

APPAREL
The MVA Exchange will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all full priced items received within 30 days of when items were shipped, provided that you email us prior to returning the item notifying us whether it is an exchange or return and what you would like to exchange it for.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of defects.

HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETUNS/EXCHANGES
To ship an item back to The MVA Exchange, simply pack your item and original invoice into a padded envelope, box or poster tube (for prints that we originally shipped in that manner) and ship to:

Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model / size.
